2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 bag Oreo cookies

Beat together pudding mix and milk, add cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter and Cool Whip. Grind up the bag of Oreo cookies. Alternate layers of Oreo crumbs and pudding. Decorate with gummi worms and silk flowers.
