1 (6 oz.) bag frozen coconut
2 c. nuts, chopped
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 box confectioners' sugar

Grease broiler pan. Spread coconut and nuts in pan. Mix cake mix as directed on box, pour over nuts. Mix butter, cream cheese and confectioners' sugar and pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
