1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 box German chocolate cake mix
2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese

Oil and flour cake pan. Put coconut and nuts in pan. Mix cake mix as on box; pour over coconut and nuts. Mix powdered sugar, butter and cream cheese together. Pour over cake and bake 40 to 50 minutes.
