CRISPY FISH FILLETS 
1/4 c. butter (melted)
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers
4-6 fish fillets (completely thawed)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine butter, paprika and salt in bowl, place crumbs on wax paper. Dip fillets in butter, mix then in crumbs coating well. Place in single layer on cookie sheet or shallow pan. Bake 10 minutes then broil 5 inches from heat for 6-8 minutes on each side. Serve with lemon.
