BEER BREAD | |
3 c. self-rising flour 3 tbsp. sugar 12 oz. beer (1 can) 1/2 c. butter (Or 3 cups flour, 1 tablespoon baking soda and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt). Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use butter to grease bread pan and to spread on bread as it is baking. Mix ingredients together (except butter). Put into greased bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes, spreading butter on top and corners every 10 minutes. |
