ITALIAN BEER BREAD 
3 c. self - rising flour
1/3 c. sugar
12 oz. can beer

Mix, put into oiled bread pan. Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees. Remove from pan and cool. Slice bread and brush with melted butter, garlic salt and parsley. Put loaf back together and place in warm oven for a few minutes. Good served hot or cold.
