BEER BREAD 
3 c. self-rising flour
1 (2 oz.) can cold beer
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix well and put into a buttered loaf pan and bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Melt 2 or 3 tablespoons of butter. Pour over bread, bake an additional 15 minutes.
