URSULA'S BEER BREAD 
5 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
16 oz. sour cream
2 bottles 7 oz. lite beer, room temperature

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray two 12 inch molds or three 8 inch molds with Pam. Grease each with one ounce butter. Take 5 cups self-rising flour and sift into bowl. Add sugar, salt, and sour cream.

With hand mixer, slowly add beer to mixture. Blend together until all ingredients are mixed. Pour into prepared molds. Bake for 1 hour. When baked, spread 1 ounce butter over top. Let stand 10 minutes in mold, then cool on cake rack.
