CHEESE AND BEER DIP 
3 (8 oz.) containers sharp cheese spread
4 oz. blue cheese
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 onion, grated
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. soft butter
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. stale beer

Mix ingredients, adding enough beer to make mixture a good dipping consistency. Hollow out an unsliced loaf of pumpernickel or any dark bread. Pour cheese mixture into bread and use hollowed out pieces for dipping.
