PAPA'S BEER BREAD 
3 c. self rising flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 (12 oz.) can beer

Preheat oven to 325 degrees and grease 2 (8 1/2" x 4 1/2") loaf pans or large 9"x5" loaf pan. Mix ingredients together in a bowl until dough has the consistency of a mud pie. Divide dough between the 2 small pans or put into large one. With wet fingers smooth tops of loaves. Bake for 40 to 60 minutes until bread is golden brown on top. Remove from oven and brush tops with melted butter.
