JEW BREAD 
4 eggs
1 box light brown sugar
2 c. self rising flour
2 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix eggs and light brown sugar; cook in double boiler until lumps are gone. Cool and add flour, pecans, and vanilla. Mix and pour on cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cut in squares.
