1 lb. ground beef
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 c. noodles, cooked
2 c. tomatoes or juice
1/4 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 slices Velveeta cheese

Brown together noodles, tomatoes or juice, ketchup, salt, pepper and cheese. Mix all and bake in covered dish at 350°F for 30 minutes.
