HAMBURGER - FILLING CASSEROLE 
#1:
2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. pepper

#2:
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

#3:
1/2 loaf bread, cubed
About 2/3 c. celery, chopped
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients in #1 together and moisten with ketchup or tomato juice. Then mix together #3. Alternate layers of these 2, starting and ending with #1. Pour #2 sauce over top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
