BEEF ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. box Velveeta cheese
2 med. onions
2 lg. cans of chili with beans
12 to 15 flour tortillas

Brown ground beef. Drain grease. Add chile and let simmer 10 minutes. Put beef and chili in tortillas with cheese and onions. Roll up in pan, cover top with leftover beef and chili. Top with onions and cheese and bake about 30 to 40 minutes on 300 degrees. Serve.
