COLORFUL VEGGIE SALAD 
4 c. purple cabbage, shredded
1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 can mushrooms, sliced
1 pkg. Ramen Oriental noodles
1 can sweet corn
1/3 c. corn oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
Dash of tarragon

Toss vegetables. Mix flavor package from noodles with oil, tarragon, and vinegar. Toss together. Add crumbled noodles before serving.
