MOZZARELLA MEAT LOG | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 lb. sausage 1 c. bread crumbs 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. milk 1 egg, beaten 2 tbsp. parsley 2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. Accent 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese Combine all ingredients, except for cheese. Mix well. Spoon half of mixture in greased loaf pan. Place cheese on top of mixture, leaving a 1 inch border on all sides. Spoon remaining meat over cheese, covering cheese layer and pressing lightly on sides to seal. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
