MOZZARELLA MEAT SWIRLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. parsley flakes
Wax paper
3/4 c. water and ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. sugar (white or brown)

Combine all ingredients except cheese and parsley; shape into 10 x 14 inch rectangle on wax paper; sprinkle on cheese and parsley. Roll up into a jelly roll shape. Seal sides. Remove wax paper after placing roll seam side down in shallow pan. Combine water-ketchup-Worcestershire sauce and sugar, pour over top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
