MEAT LOAF WHIRL 
2 lbs. ground beef round
2 eggs
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce with onion
3 oz. thinly sliced Italian dry salami
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. sliced green stuffed olives
Oregano

Blend together beef, eggs, bread crumbs, oregano, garlic salt, cayenne and 1/2 can of the tomato sauce with onion. Mix thoroughly. Pat meat mixture into a 16 x 10 inch rectangle on waxed paper. Arrange salami slices in 5 rows on meat, leaving a small margin on all sides. Sprinkle cheese over salami. Starting with shortest end, roll up meat, jelly-roll fashion, lifting roll with waxed paper. Seal ends and edge by pressing meat together. Place seam side down on shallow baking pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Top with remaining tomato sauce with onion and sprinkle with olives. Continue baking 10 minutes. Serves 8.
