8 lg. potatoes, cooked and mashed
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
Season to taste

Mix ingredients well and put in 2 quart baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
