PARMESAN CHICKEN 
1 chicken, 2 to 3 lb., cut up
1 c. Parmesan
1 c. bread crumbs, seasoned; and add 1/8 c. parsley and 1/8 c. garlic powder
to crumbs
1 cube butter, melted
Foil

Roll chicken in butter and bread crumb mixture. Place in greased pan. Spread remaining butter and crumbs over the top. Bake 45 minutes covered with foil and 15 minutes uncovered.
