1/3 c. butter
4 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Paprika to taste

Stir butter into hot potatoes. Whip cream cheese with sour cream until smooth and fluffy. Stir this into mashed potatoes along with salt and pepper. Spoon into buttered casserole. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. (Can be made the day before, bake for 45 minutes.)
