HOLIDAY SWEET POTATO AND SAUSAGE
STUFFING
 
2 bags (7 oz. each) Pepperidge Farm cube stuffing
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. butter
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. apple juice
1 1/2 lbs. Hillshire Farm smoked sausage or Kielbasa, cut into 1/2 inch slices and browned

In a large skillet, saute celery and onion in butter until tender. Transfer to a large mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients; toss to mix. Place in a large casserole dish and bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
