2 lb. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
3 oranges
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. bourbon
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. brown sugar

Remove orange sections and chop. Combine first 8 ingredients. Mix well. Place in a greased baking dish and top with nuts and brown sugar.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Freezes well.
