SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
1 (#2 1/2 can) chunk pineapple
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. flour mixed with 1/2 c. sugar

Butter casserole dish generously. Drain pineapple (reserve liquid). Put 1/2 pineapple in bottom of casserole dish. Cover with 1/2 sugar/flour mixture and next with 1/2 of cheese. make second layer like the first. Pour juice over all. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Note: Delicious as a side dish with baked ham.
