PINEAPPLE SCALLOP SOUFFLE | |
4 c. cubed stale bread 3/4 c. granulated sugar 1 c. milk 3 lg. eggs, well beaten 1 #2 can pineapple tidbits 1 stick butter, sliced Mix the eggs, sugar and milk. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well again and pour into 2 1/2 quart greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with pork or ham as a starch dish. It is not a dessert. Serves 6. |
