SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
4 c. bread, broken in sm. pieces (soft or dry)
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (juice and all, size 2 1/2)
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar

Mix sugar with pineapple. Mix eggs and milk, combine. Pour over bread crumbs in a greased casserole. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 40 minutes. This dish is very tasty with ham or pork.
