SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
1 c. butter
4 eggs
4 c. bread crumbs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk

Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs with mixer. Fold in milk and bread. Add pineapple and juice. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in greased casserole.
