FAUX STUFFED EGGS 
14 med. eggs, hard boiled, peeled
1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans
1/4 c. lowfat, plain yogurt
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. red caviar

Slice eggs in half and discard yolks. In food processor, add beans and next 3 ingredients. Spoon mixture into egg cavities. (28 calories..4 g fat.)
