HAM STUFFED EGGS 
8 eggs, hard boiled and peeled
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
8 tbsp. green onion, minced
8 slices boiled ham, diced
2 tbsp. mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Sliced olives; optional

Slice eggs lengthwise and remove egg yolk to small mixing bowl. Mix yolk with remaining ingredients except olives. Place mixture using teaspoon in egg white. Top with a slice of olive. Chill until ready to serve. Makes 16 halves.
