DELUXE POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns (squares)
1 c. diced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. crushed potato chips

Thaw hash browns. Mix all ingredients in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with potato chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
