DELUXE POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns (thaw 30 minutes)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 chopped onion
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 stick butter, melted
1 lb. carton sour cream

Mix all of the ingredients and put in 9 x 12 inch casserole dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
