BROCCOLI CASSEROLE DELUXE 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
8 tbsp. melted butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated American cheese food
Parsley flakes to taste
Garlic salt to taste

Blend salt, pepper, flour and milk in saucepan until thickened. Reduce heat. Add softened cream cheese. Stir until smooth. Cook and drain broccoli. Put in casserole dish. Pour sauce on top. Melt butter in pan and add American cheese food and bread crumbs. Cover top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown.
