POTATO DELUXE CASSEROLE 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns, thaw 30 minutes
1 c. diced onion
1 can cream chicken soup
1 lb. carton sour cream
1 stick melted butter
Salt and pepper
8 oz. sharp cheese, grated

Mix together well. Pour in 9 x 13 pan and bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
