HAM AND POTATO SCALLOP 
1 can mushroom soup
5 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 lb. cooked or canned ham, cubed
1/2 c. diced onions
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Dash of pepper

Grease medium casserole dish with the butter. Put in sliced potatoes, ham, onion and green pepper. Mix soup with the milk and pepper and pour over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cover and bake 45 minutes. Velveeta cheese may be cubed and placed on top for the last 30 minutes.
