RICH 'N' CRUNCHY BROCCOLI 
20 oz. broccoli pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/4 c. shredded sharp Swiss cheese
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. mayonnaise
Dash of salt and pepper
1 c. crushed potato chips
3 tbsp. melted butter

Partially cook broccoli; drain. In large bowl, mix soup, cheese, onion, eggs, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper; pour into 2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with chips. Pour butter over chips and continue baking 15 minutes. 8 servings.
