CRUNCHY RICE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
1/2 c. Minute Rice
Chopped onion
Salt & pepper
Potato chips

Brown meat; add cream of chicken soup, water and 1/2 cup rice. Put in casserole and bake in 325 degree oven for approximately 40 minutes. Remove from oven, crunch a bag of potato chips and sprinkle for topping. Return to oven for 15 minutes.
