FREEZER PICKLES 
8 c. sliced, unpeeled cucumbers
4 c. sliced onions
8 tsp. salt
8 tbsp. water
2 c. sugar
1 c. cider vinegar
2 tsp. dill weed

In large bowl mix cucumbers, onions, salt and water. Stir and let stand 2 hours. Drain do not rinse. Mix sugar, vinegar and dill weed. Add to cucumbers. Stir. Put pickles quart or pint containers and freeze. Pickles will be ready in 2 days in freezer and rest of year.
