FREEZER PICKLES 
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
7 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
1 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
3 med. onions, sliced
1 green pepper

Combine in large container: sugar, salt, vinegar and celery seed (I add 1 teaspoon alum). Pour over the pickles, peppers and onions. Cover for 24 hours in refrigerator. Place in small containers and place in freezer. NOTE: You may add more peppers and even cauliflower and celery if you want but soak with the cucumber mixture for 24 hours in refrigerator.
