WIENER SCHNITZEL 
6 slices meat (veal for Wienerschnitzel, pork for Schweineschnitzel)
3 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
3-4 c. bread crumbs
Salt

Pound and salt meat on both sides. Put flour, eggs and bread crumbs in one bowl each. Roll meat in flour, then in eggs and at the end in bread crumbs. Fry in 1 inch of oil on medium heat for 10 minutes on both sides. Serve with lemon slices, potatoes and salads. Enjoy it and think of me!
