WIENER SCHNITZEL 
8 butterfly pork chops or veal
2 eggs, slightly beaten
SeasonAll
Bread crumbs
Crisco, if using pork chops
Butter, if using veal

Tenderize the meat with meat mallet. Season the meat. Put meat in eggs, covering both sides generously. Place meat in bread crumbs. Fry until golden brown and serve.
