WIENER SCHNITZEL 
4 slices veal
Salt
1 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 1/2 oz. bread crumbs
1 3/4 oz. fat (butter, bacon grease)
1/8 liter water
2-3 tbsp. sour cream
Sauteed mushrooms
Lemon slices

Salt the meat and dip into flour, egg then bread crumbs to coat. Fry in the hot fat until well browned on both sides. Loosen the drippings in the pan with water and sour cream. Add sauteed mushrooms if desired. Pour sauce over meat. Garnish with slices of lemon.
