HOT PASTA SALAD 
1/2 lb. rotini
1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
1/3 c. red bell pepper, chopped fine
1 med. tomato, seeded and chopped
1/4 c. chopped ripe olives (optional)
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated Parmesan or romano
3 tbsp. chopped chives or green onion

Cook pasta al dente. Drain and place in large, preheated serving bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and mix, adding more sour cream if necessary to creamy consistency. Add more cheese to taste. Place in oven 10 minutes on low heat or in microwave for a few minutes to bring to serving temperature. Recipe is easily doubled for larger crowds. Add a little milk to leftovers to re-heat in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
