BACON DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 tbsp. chives, finely chopped
1 c. sour cream
Dash of garlic salt
Cayenne pepper to taste
6 bacon strips, cooked crisp

Soften cream cheese at room temperature. Blend ingredients with softened cheese. Mix in crumbled bacon. Makes 3 cups. Serve with chips.
