1 box yellow cake mix
1 box any white or yellow instant pudding
1/2 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. poppyseeds
1 c. hot water
3 tbsp. sugar

Mix all ingredients on medium speed. Pour into 2 large greased bread pans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Watch closely. Let cool in pans 10-15 minutes; will come out easily.
