LEMON POPPYSEED BREAD 
1 lemon cake mix
1 sm. pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1/4 c. poppy seed

Combine and beat 3-4 minutes. Fill 2 loaf pans 2/3 full and bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
