LEMON POPPYSEED BREAD 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 (3 oz.) instant lemon pudding
1 tbsp. poppy seed
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. water
4 eggs

Mix together, beat 4 minutes. Will get thick, put in 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Test with toothpick.
