JANE'S POPPYSEED BREAD 
3 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. poppyseed
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 almond extract
1 1/2 butter extract

Mix together sugar, oil and eggs. Add milk, poppyseed, vanilla, almond and butter extract. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add and mix well. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans and divide batter between them. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
