LOW-CAL CHILI WITH YELLOW BEANS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can cut wax beans, drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder

Cook and drain meat and onion. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings of 1 cup, 190 calories each.
