2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2 cubes butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
3/4 c. cocoa
1 c. nuts

Cream butter and sugar; add vanilla and eggs. Sift salt, cocoa and flour together. Add to creamed mixture; beat well. Add nuts and put in 9x30 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not overbake. Frost, if desired.
