CINDY'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3-4 skinned chicken breasts
1 box dry onion soup mix
1 c. water
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. rice (uncooked & not minute rice)

Oil dish. Spread rice in bottom of dish. Pour water over rice, add chicken breasts. Spread 1 can cream of chicken soup over chicken. Sprinkle dry onion soup on top of chicken. Add a little pepper. Cover dish with foil. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
